Raleigh Affordable Housing Bond
Through digital and traditional mediums, Sinclair successfully created a campaign for the Raleigh Affordable Housing Bond Committee with the goal to pass the largest bond in the city's history during the unique 2020 election cycle. The final result was over 70% of city-wide voters approving the bond, a Marcom award, and $80 million to fight the affordable housing crisis in Raleigh.

Phantom Fireworks
We successfully implemented an earned media campaign for the leading fireworks distributor in the country, Phantom Fireworks. This campaign was built around fireworks safety and sales amid the COVID-19 pandemic leading into the unique 2020 July Fourth holiday. The campaign was a resounding victory, eliciting over 700 mentions from outlets such as CNN, Yahoo, various local news outlets, and even Web MD on a national level. The campaign also resulted in Phantom's sales increasing 115% from the previous year.

Marsy's Law Legislation
We successfully implemented a statewide campaign to promote Marsy’s Law in North Carolina, legislation which passed in 2018 and will provide equal rights protections to victims of crimes. The Amendment passed with 62% favorability, the highest of all 6 of the constitutional amendments up for consideration by voters in 2018.

Kentucky Credit Union
In the span of two months, we created a branding campaign for the Kentucky Credit Union League that established the credit unions as a trusted partner with the state of Kentucky. The campaign also resulted in the unanimous passing of a bill backed by the unions.

Connect NC Bond Passage
For this statewide campaign, we solidified the passage of a statewide bond that raised over $2 billion to be used in funding and improving community colleges, universities, state parks, the zoo, and the national guard in North Carolina.

Developed county-wide campaign for a $548 million bond referendum aimed at funding school the construction of seven new schools, renovation of 11 existing schools, and a number of other infrastructure projects. The bond was passed by 68%.

Developed a campaign plan to promote the passage of a $349 million bond for constructing new facilities and updating infrastructure at Wake Tech. The improvements are aimed at equipping more workers with the skills necessary to compete in the global economy. The bond passed by an overwhelming 65%.

Ballot Initiative Defeat
Successfully stopped a real estate transfer tax initiative that would have cost North Carolina homeowners millions of dollars in increased taxes. Successfully helped defeat 23 ballot initiatives across the state—thereby saving citizens millions of dollars and protecting the value of homeownership as an investment.
